The 200 m² property features a living room, kitchen, 6 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, and a washing machine are available. A crib is also provided. There is no air conditioning. Outside, you will find a private area with a covered pool, jacuzzi, garden, and barbecue. The pool is not heated but is covered, and in summer the temperature is very pleasant. If both apartments are booked by different groups, the pool is shared and usage times are arranged between the groups. The jacuzzi is available for an extra fee.

The rural house La Picarota is located in Pajares. The 80 m² property features a living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. A crib is also available. Please note there is no air conditioning. The house is 5 km from the ski slopes. Parking is available on the property. Up to 2 pets are allowed. The pool is covered, not heated, and pleasantly warm in summer. If both apartments are booked by different groups, the pool will be shared and specific usage times will apply. The jacuzzi is available for an extra fee.
